Candidate will primarily be handling the 9am EST– 6pm EST schedule, but must be able and willing to cover the 8am EST– 5pm EST or 10am EST – 7pm EST schedule. Responsibilities include performing equipment installations and upgrades, assisting staff and users with PC equipment and software support, evaluating problems with equipment and printers, performing minor repairs or upgrades, installing equipment, software support (legacy & desktop), restoring and repairing damaged files, supporting mobile devices (iPhone / iPads), maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies, performing helpdesk duties. The candidate must be an energetic self-starter who is detail oriented, well organized and a team player. Knowledge of Intune for applications packaging and deployment, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Apple IOS. Must possess strong organizational skills, customer service skills, written and verbal communications, technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Experienced with hardware / software troubleshooting and setup of new configurations, must be resourceful in dealing with issues. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, ZoomRoom and Zoom Telephony are a plus. A+ or MCP certifications preferred but not required.

Specifically, we are looking for someone to provide guidance on how to better incorporate the surrounding community with stronger “Place Making” opportunities on Kimco properties through supervision of the feasibility, design and implementation of better activated public spaces and improving the building aesthetics within the property.  Scope will involve the current portfolio of 550 properties within the Kimco portfolio.   Job responsibilities will include supporting the development and regional property management teams on evaluating the feasibility, programming and implementation of the existing portfolio of assets for stronger “Place Making” opportunities within our traditional grocery anchored shopping centers.  Engage and understand the specific project budgets in conjunction with the property management team, and coordinating with the regional asset management teams on how to plan for future spending. This person will also take the lead on future upgrades to our existing shopping center’s façade upgrades. Candidate will also attend appropriate community / township meetings on zoning issues, community impacts within each local jurisdiction in which assets are being upgraded, and will closely engage with the ESG team on tacking the specific benchmarks impacting our assets.
