We are currently seeking an individual with administrative experience and some financial acumen to work within the Treasury Department.  The right candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and will assist the Treasury Supervisor in all administrative duties for the department including process wire transfers, track cash balances, compile reports and work on special projects.   Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access) and have the ability to learn other computer-based systems. 



  • Download daily cash reports and prepare daily liquidity update
  • Process and code wire transfers
  • Process expense reimbursement requests
  • Prepare account reconciliations
  • Fill out ACH forms with banking information
  • Prepare/confirm wire instructions
  • Process invoices in nexus
  • Administer and maintain the Paymode System
  • Process and complete cash receipts for misc. checks from various departments
  • Provide administrative support to the Treasury and Accounting departments, as necessary
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as assigned


  • At least 1 year of prior experience working in a large, corporate office or front-end banking capacity
  • Extensive Microsoft Office Suite experience, inclusive of advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Must be a team player who can coordinate with multiple departments and outside parties daily
  • Must have strong time management skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet all deadlines and strong attention to details  
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
