Real Estate Recruiter

The right candidate will have experience in recruiting on both the operational side (leasing, construction, property management, development, asset management) and within the corporate functions (legal, property finance, lease administration, accounting, tax, IT, etc). We're looking for someone extremely detail oriented with great communication skills and excellent follow up, who knows how to manage expectations and work with a variety of personalities. Kimco does recruit nationally, so we're open to seeing folks from all across the country, this role can be fully remote if needed.

Prior experience recruiting in the commercial real estate space

2+ years of recruiting experience

A facility for learning both internal and external systems and processes

Prior experience with iCIMS a plus

Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook (inclusive of managing calendars and ability to schedule interviews across time zones)
