Candidate will must be able and willing to cover the 8am EST– 5pm EST or 10am EST – 7pm EST schedule, as needed. Responsibilities include performing equipment installations and upgrades, assisting staff and users with PC equipment and software support, evaluating problems with equipment and printers, performing minor repairs or upgrades, installing equipment, software support (legacy & desktop), restoring and repairing damaged files, supporting mobile devices (iPhone / iPads), maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies, performing helpdesk duties.
The candidate must be an energetic self-starter who is detail oriented, well organized and a team player. Knowledge of Intune for applications packaging and deployment, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Apple IOS. Must possess strong organizational skills, customer service skills, written and verbal communications, technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Experienced with hardware / software troubleshooting and setup of new configurations, must be resourceful in dealing with issues. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, ZoomRoom and Zoom Telephony are a plus. A+ or MCP certifications preferred but not required.
