    ******Unless specifically contracted, resumes from recruiting agencies are not being accepted for this position.****** We are currently seeking an Operations Assistant to work with our Property Management team in our Charlotte, NC office. This position will support our Corporate Operations team in an administrative capacity, handling travel plans, calendaring, expense reporting, maintaining regional org charts, staffing levels and G&A information for the Property Management department. The candidate will also administer access to our Vacancy Profile reports, handle administration of utility allocation, bill solar invoices to tenants, process all monthly invoices, coordinate Property Management events and meetings, administer Additional Budget Requests and act as administrative support for Kimco’s national trash program. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as be a creative problem solver.


    • Background in retail property management
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience
    • Advanced MS Excel skills, as well as proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
    • Prior administrative experience in a fast paced, corporate setting
