    ******Unless specifically contracted, resumes from recruiting agencies are not being accepted for this position.****** We are currently seeking a senior level Director of Property Finance and Accounting who will serve in a leadership capacity, responsible for leading / overseeing the performance of a variety of financial and reporting functions, this position will serve as business partner to both regional and corporate executives.

    Oversight includes leading and managing a team associates in the lease administration function and accounting functions, including but not limited to:  lease administration, billing , accounts receivables, monthly accounting, as well as development of financial models for budgets, forecasts, and deal analysis; analyzing and interpreting financial/performance data to determine present and future cash flow projections, rate of return, working capital requirements, and investment performance; reviewing accounts and variances to ensure proper accounting and controls; and managing / assisting with special project assignments at the regional or corporate level.  Provide guidance regarding key regional metrics in regards to occupancy, leasing spreads, redevelopment and same site NOI.  This position will collaborate with regional counterparts and corporate management to ensure best practices in analysis and reporting.

    Candidates must be proficient in Excel and possess strong budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and delegation skills are important as is a successful track record of strategy development / execution.


    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA / CPA preferred
    • A minimum of 10 years’ experience of which at least 5 years included leading and management of a team
    • A minimum of 5 years Commercial Real Estate experience, preferably retail
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel
