    Kimco Realty Corporation is looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant reporting to both the President and Vice President of the Southern Region, working from Charlotte, North Carolina.  Responsibilities include general administrative support such as managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, call management, expense reports as well as overseeing the operations of a busy office.  The ideal candidate will have an affinity for numbers and be highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and demonstrate the ability to assist on complex projects where financial competency, judgment and initiative are required in problem solving and making recommendations.  Working in a multi-faceted position, juggling multiple tasks, being able to work independent of the Vice President and President, and demonstrating a high degree of team collaboration and professionalism are critical factors to success.  


    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business and administrative support in a corporate environment
    • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Prior supervisory experience
    • Commercial real estate experience preferred but not a must
