Candidate must have strong PC skills, including extensive knowledge of Word and Excel, good oral and written communication skills, the ability to organize large quantities of data, and possess a high degree of accuracy in all areas. Duties will include final processing of CAM and Real Estate Tax billings, ensuring tenant sales data is received and entered into computer system, assisting in the flow of lease documents, other administrative duties and special projects as they arise. Must have a professional attitude, excellent communication, organizational and follow-up skills.
