The position requires communications both internally and externally with vendors, tenants and various departments within Kimco. Responsibilities will include review of documentation for compliance as well as collaboration among the teams as the work relates to leasing, legal and accounting within the region; gathering documentation and seeking reimbursements from tenants with respect to development projects; assisting in providing information on outstanding cost relating to projects slated for disposition; providing assistance to the Manger of Construction Administration.
