Primary duties will include coordinating Regional processes and procedures, preparing various audit reports, oversight of the region's administrative activities, acting in a supervisory role to the region’s Property Assistants regarding procedures and initiatives. This role is also responsible for the continued training of staff, and ensuring compliance, of all Regional procedures. Act as a liaison to other departments, as it relates to administration of documentation required from Property Management on a Regional level.
Will also handle support tasks such as scheduling meetings, training, travel, coordinating departmental meetings, etc. Candidates must have strong financial acumen relative to property CapEx / job costing, basic accounting and analysis, and business math skills; strong administrative skills; excellent business writing, and good communication skills; the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and team oriented corporate environment; and the ability to provide leadership to other regional administrative associates. Prior supervisory experience, or coordinating a team, preferred.
