This will involve profit/loss accountabilities and overall management of the property, including directing and coordinating operations, marketing, leasing, specialty leasing, accounting and security activities at the property level.
Job duties will include:
Preparing and implementing annual budgets and business plans
Hiring and supervising all on-site personnel; negotiating all contracts and supervising contractors
Administering specialty leasing programs and assisting with lease renewals and leasing of all vacant space
Maintaining positive landlord, tenant, and community relations
Monitoring all tenant construction for compliance with approved plans and ensuring that all required documentation is obtained in a timely manner
Conducting regular inspections of the property
Canvassing for new tenants, maintaining current tenant relationships and negotiating lease proposals, amendments and renewals
